How to Make a Daiquiri Summer Cocktail
It’s been a hot summer here in New York, and we’ve been enjoying all of the city’s best cultural events and spending afternoons in the activity-packed Bryant Park. And while we’ve been doing that, The Knickerbocker’s resident cocktail curator, Eben Klemm has been crafting the perfect summer cocktail to refresh us: the Butterfly Hunter. Klem’s “nod to a tiki drink,” it’s got rum, as well as some chartreuse and benedictine. He calls it a “gussied up” daiquiri-style cocktail that’s the “perfect hot weather” solution.
See below for the this perfect summer cocktail, which uses what Klemm calls “Butterfly Mix.”
