Platinum and Platinum Plus guests will begin their night with a decadent dinner, open bar, and live entertainment at Charlie Palmer Steak IV on the 4th floor, before ascending to St. Cloud Rooftop Bar on the 17th floor for the grand celebration overlooking the iconic Times Square Ball Drop.

Yes. The evening is Black Tie Optional, inviting guests to embrace the elegance and allure of our Saints & Sinners theme. Formalwear is encouraged — tuxedos or dark suits for gentlemen and evening gowns or cocktail attire for ladies — as we celebrate in timeless Knickerbocker style high above Times Square.

Door times vary by ticket level.
- Platinum and Platinum Plus guests begin the evening at 8:00 PM with dinner and cocktails at Charlie Palmer Steak IV on the 4th floor, followed by rooftop access at St. Cloud.
- Gold ticketholders gain access to St. Cloud Rooftop Bar at 9:00 PM.
- Silver ticketholders are welcomed beginning at 10:00 PM.
Programming and entertainment continue through 12:30 AM, with a champagne toast and live countdown to midnight high above Times Square.
