Martini Lounge

The Knickerbocker once played host to the likes of Enrico Caruso, various Rockefellers and Fitzgerald, who famously gathered here in 1912, likely Martinis in hand. Channel the essence of the original “42nd Street Country Club” in the Martini Lounge, right in Charlie Palmer Steak IV.

The Martini Cart

Taste the original recipe of the dry martini, made right before your eyes tableside at the Martini Lounge in Charlie Palmer Steak IV. Complemented by Chef Adam Raksin’s gourmet caviar- topped- martini bite.

Martini Rooftop Garden

The Knickerbocker’s rooftop bar is already a showstopper. But in this, the Year of the Martini, St. Cloud Rooftop will bloom into a pop-up Martini Rooftop Garden inspired by popular Martini garnishes. From lemon and olive trees to rosemary bushes, savor an exclusive rooftop cocktail menu to complement the lush experience, possibly with a surprise treat from a 21+ Elevator.

Martini World Tour

What began in New York is venturing out into the world. In partnership with fellow Leading Hotels of the World properties, The Knickerbocker is taking the classic cocktail on the road hosting culinary and cultural pop-ups at L’Oscar in London, Marquis Reforma in Mexico City, and Bless in Madrid.

Martini Masterclasses

Bringing industry leading bartenders and mixologists from New York and around the world, learn how to make a variety of martinis and cocktails with insider tips and techniques. The first gathering was hosted by celebrated author and cocktail historian David Wondrich, paving the way for six subsequent Masterclasses hosted by diverse international experts throughout the year.
