Taste of Aureole at The Knick

Join the Charlie Palmer team at The Knickerbocker Hotel as we celebrate the history of legendary restaurant Aureole  on April 6th, 7th, and 8th.

This exclusive dinner series will feature a 5-course menu and sommelier-selected wine pairings with dishes by some of Aureole’s most notable chef alumni, including founder Charlie Palmer, Dante Boccuzzi, Chirstopher Engle, Marcus Ware, Bryan Voltaggio, and Richard Leach. This esteemed group of chefs has helmed some of the most respected restaurants worldwide and earned accolades including Michelin Stars and James Beard Awards.

From the dining room of Charlie Palmer at the Knick, enjoy each course with views of Times Square overlooking Broadway and 42nd Street.

The evening will begin with a jazz reception and drinks at the Charlie Palmer lounge. Following dinner, continue your evening at St. Cloud for a rooftop reception with spectacular city views.

A percentage of the proceeds from this dinner series will be donated to Citymeals on Wheels, a nonprofit organization that delivers warm meals to the city’s elderly.
