Spring is in full bloom at The Knick. The team at Mitch Kolby Events has transformed our rooftop Club Room into a lush secret garden—flourishing with purple wisteria, spring blossoms, and verdant moss—to celebrate the start of rooftop season.
Chef Charlie Palmer and Executive Chef Christopher Engel have created a garden-inspired menu with a selection of fare including The Garden of Eden, a sampling of fresh vegetables from Union Square Greenmarket with unique spreads; stuffed Piquillo peppers, roasted over embers with goat cheese and charred corn; and handmade chocolate truffles, a trio of passionfruit, coconut and hazelnut delights.
The craft cocktail menu, created by Resident Cocktail Curator Eben Klemm, features aromatic springtime creations like the floral-inspired Iris and Ivy, served with Elyx vodka, strawberry-infused Lillet, St. Germain and Aperol with a rose petal garnish; and the herb garden-inspired Rake, Shovel, Hoe, served with Botanist Gin, Irish whiskey, Lejay Cassis, lemon, and crystalized rosemary.
