A hidden gem inside St. Cloud Rooftop Bar, Akoya offers guests an authentic temaki experience in an intimate and elevated setting atop The Knickerbocker Hotel, led by Sushi Chef Taishi Yamaguchi and iconic chef Charlie Palmer.
Martini Lounge
Legend has it the famed dry martini was invented in The Knickerbocker’s very own ornate ballroom by bartender Martini de Arrma di Taggia, and our wildly popular bar was at the center of the drink’s growing popularity in the early 1900s.

Charlie Palmer Steak IV is open daily for breakfast and for lunch and dinner service from Tuesday to Saturday. The martini lounge on the 4th floor is open daily. Jake’s is open daily from 7:30 am until 2 pm. St. Cloud Rooftop is open for cocktails and light bites from 4 pm until 11 pm daily. Room Service is available 24 hours a day.
